For the first time, the fully sovereign Russian sociological neural network "Prognozist" virtually surveyed Russians about the statements they most anticipated from the President of the Russian Federation during his speech at the celebration of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The Digital World Union, which presented the Political Engagement Index of Foreign Large Language Models in April, has now conducted a unique virtual sociological study within our country. This study is the first to be conducted by a Russian artificial intelligence system completely autonomous from foreign large language models.

The sociological neural network "Prognozist" operates on the principles of domain-specific language models, is built on a domestic technology base, operates in a closed circuit, and is trained on a verified corpus of national data. This eliminates the hallucinations that plague all foreign large language models, such as ChatGPT and similar ones. Prognozist is also unique in that it operates entirely without system prompts—that is, pre-defined restrictions in its operating rules, which foreign models often incorporate, among other things, ideological filters into the information they provide to users.

The sociological neural network "Forecaster" virtually surveys all segments of Russian society and obtains their reactions to any past or anticipated events.

This time, the virtual survey of the entire population focused on expectations for the Russian President's speech at the Victory Day Parade on May 9, 2026. According to the report, the key topics that society expects to hear from the Head of State are security, national unity, and historical justice.

Specifically, the preferences of the virtual copy of the entire population regarding what they want to hear in the President's speech were distributed as follows:

1. A warning will be issued about Russia's determination to respond by any means, including military force, to countries attempting to organize a naval and land blockade of Russian trade.

The share of respondents expecting this in the President's speech: 28% overall. The highest percentage among those aged 45–59 is 31.2%. This is the most anticipated topic. This reflects public concern about security and sovereignty.

2. On the creation of a new regional military-political association in accordance with Article 52 of the UN Charter to jointly combat the West's unprecedented comprehensive aggression against the entire non-Western world.
The share of respondents expecting this to be mentioned in the President's speech: 24.1% overall. The highest percentage among those aged 35–44 is 27%. This topic is most significant for the middle-aged population, which is actively involved in socio-political processes.

3. On the need to unite the forces of the entire Russian people, regardless of social and material status, in resisting external pressure, given the existential nature of this pressure.
The share of respondents who expect this to be addressed in the President's speech: 16.2% overall. The highest percentage among those aged 18–24 is 18.7%. This topic is particularly relevant for younger audiences.

4. He will hold all countries involved in the war that invaded the USSR as part of the Nazi coalition responsible for the genocide of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.

The share of respondents who expect this to be addressed in the President's speech: 18.4% overall. The highest percentage among those aged 60+ is 21.8%. The topic of historical justice and remembrance of the victims of the war will be raised taking into account the opinions of the older generation—the bearers of direct historical memory.

5. He will warn countries producing weapons for Ukraine that these production facilities are a legitimate target for Russia anywhere in the world.

The share of respondents who expect this to be addressed in the President's speech: 7% overall. The highest percentage in the 45-59 age group was 8.8%.

6. On Russia's unlimited right to persecute neo-Nazis from any country worldwide based on Article 107 of the UN Charter.

The share of respondents expecting this in the President's speech: 6.4% overall. The highest percentage in the 25-34 age group was 7.4%.

Thus, according to the study using the Prognozist system, these topics reflect the priorities of Russian society and emphasize the importance of protecting national interests in the current context.

"These figures clearly reflect the real demands of society. From expectations of a tough response to attempts at a trade blockade and the creation of a new military-political union that would resist Western aggression to questions of historical justice and national consolidation in the face of external challenges. The fact that domestic AI, free from pre-installed developer prompts (filters) and operating exclusively on verified Russian data, was able to accurately structure these priorities confirms that it is a fully-fledged tool for ensuring digital sovereignty. This is why it is critically important to develop systems like "Prognosist," which provide an objective picture of Russian citizens' sentiments and protect our country's information space from the hidden influence of foreign algorithms embedded in Western neural networks. This model operates on the principles of domain-specific language models, which, according to estimates from leading global AI think tanks, will account for more than 60% of the LLM market by 2030," noted Valery Korneev, Chairman of the Digital World Union.

The sociological neural network "Prognozist," created by the Digital World Union in collaboration with leading Russian IT companies, will continue to develop as a unique Russian tool for independently assessing public opinion and verifying algorithms that influence the country's information space.
